Visitor from Singapore

Mr. Abdul Aziz from Aikido Zhen Qi Shu Singapore visited us, and we practiced together.

Although it was a Monday and attendance was low, we had a lively and productive practice session.

シンガポール合氣道正氣塾の Abdul Aziz さんの訪問があり共に稽古しました。
月曜で出席者の少ない稽古でしたが、活気のある良い稽古ができました。

新加坡合氣道正精氣塾嘅 Abdul Aziz 先生嚟探我哋，我哋一齊訓練。

雖然係星期一，出席人數唔多，但我哋有一個熱鬧同有成效嘅練習。

2026年上期審査

4月15日、18日の両日にかけて、2026年上期の審査を行いました。

We conducted the grading exam for the first half of 2026 on April 15th and 18th.

2026年上半年嘅評選喺4月15號同18號舉行。

昇級した皆さん、おめでとうございます。

In memory of Paul Lee sensei

台北から戻って、故李清楠師範を思い出していました。

Found the pictures at AAF in Taipei, 1999. with Paul Lee (李清楠) sensei.
He was the founder of Taiwan Aikido also Asian Champion of Judo before Judo join to Olympic game and no separate for the class.

喺1999年喺台北嘅 AAF 搵到張同 Paul Lee （李清楠）老師嘅相。
佢係台灣合氣道嘅創始人，亦係柔道嘅亞洲冠軍，之前柔道參加奧運，亦都冇分開嘅班。

本部道場伊藤眞師範台北講習会

台北で開催された合気会本部道場伊藤眞師範の講習会へ門人と参加しました。

We participated in a seminar led by Makoto Ito shihan of the Aikikai Headquarters Dojo, held in Taipei.

我哋參加咗一個喺台北舉行嘅合氣會本部道場伊藤眞師範嘅研討會。

Birthday Celebration

The members of the dojo threw me an early birthday party on Saturday night.
道場のメンバーが前倒しの誕生パーティーを開催してくれました。
道場嘅成員提早畀我開咗個生日會。

Visitors from Abroad

Had visitors from Bangkok, Mr. Ekasit Wipulanusat, and Argentina, Mr. Emiliano Baldino. We practiced together at the Kan'yaku Sports Center.

タイ国からの Ekasit Wipulanusatさん、アルゼンチンからの Emiliano Baldinoさんの訪問があり、官湧スポーツセンターで共に稽古しました。

泰國嘅 Ekasit Wipulanusat 先生同阿根廷嘅 Emiliano Baldino 先生嚟探訪我哋，

並喺官湧體育中心一齊練習。

道場長であられたときから、30年近く頂戴しています。

Have been receiving this message for nearly 30 years, since He was Honbu dojo head.

Grading Exam at 2nd half of 2025.

合氣會佑武舘では、10月25日に2025年下期の審査を行いました。
昇段、昇級した皆さん、おめでとうございます。

Aikikai Yubukan held its Grading examinations for the second half of 2025 on 25th of October.
Congratulations to everyone who was promoted.

合氣會佑武舘喺10月25號舉行咗2025年下半年嘅考試。
恭喜所有升職嘅人。

Aikido ASEAN Fellowship

We participated in the Aikido ASEAN Fellowship, held in Bangkok on October 4th and 5th.

我哋參加咗10月4同5號喺曼谷舉行嘅合氣道東盟友好協會。

It was a fun two days with participants from various Southeast Asian countries and Japan.

呢兩日係一個好玩嘅日子，有嚟自東南亞唔同國家同日本嘅參加者。

A Visit from an Old Friend

My old friend, Ms. Mitchi Ko, visited us and joined the practice on Wednesday, September 17th.
Mitch and Sensei have been friends for over 20 years, having practiced together in Manila in the early 2000s.
Aikido makes friends and brings them back.

我嘅老友，Mitchi Ko女士嚟探我，並喺9月17號星期三加入咗呢個練習。
Mitch 同道場主係朋友超過20年，佢哋喺2000年代初喺馬尼拉一齊練習過。
合氣道會識到同埋帶返朋友嚟。

Miyazaki 5th dan visit

On Wednesday, 3, September and Saturday, 6, September, we were visited by Miyazaki 5th Dan of Yachiyo Aikikai in Chiba Prefecture.

We received a very kind message of thanks from Miyazaki 5th Dan, some of which we would like to share with you.

Thank you so much for the two days.

I had a fun and fulfilling practice with everyone at Yubukan.

Seeing the members' attitude towards practice, their honest techniques, and how they encouraged beginners to practice made me realize the importance of not just studying aikido, but also learning various things through aikido.

I was also impressed by Sensei's philosophy of "conveying aikido correctly without changing it."

This practice with everyone at Yubukan was a good opportunity to reexamine my own approach to aikido.
